06:40Before opening, a driver’s engine warning light comes on.

In a workshop, the phone rings while everyone is working on a car. The agent books services and tyre changes, asks the right questions about warning lights and noises, gives your standard prices and gives your mechanics a clear picture before the car even arrives.

Becker Auto Service is a demo business with invented details. Call it live and play the customer.

In the demo, the agent books on the spot. For your business, we decide together during setup whether it books directly or leaves requests for your team to confirm.

  • Tyre change season

Books the change, asks whether the tyres are stored with you and mentions storage for next season. At Becker: 49 euros for the change, 39 for storage.

  • A warning light or a strange noise

Asks for make, model, year, mileage and what the driver notices, then offers the earliest diagnosis slot. It doesn’t guess what’s wrong.

  • What does an inspection cost?

Gives your standard prices for inspections, oil changes, TÜV and brake checks, and makes clear when a price is a starting price.

  • A courtesy car

Notes the request with the booking and explains your terms. At Becker: 15 euros a day if booked in advance.

Example
  1. Tom (AI)

Becker Auto Service, this is Tom, the workshop’s AI assistant. How can I help with your car today?

  2. Caller

My engine warning light came on this morning.

  3. Tom (AI)

Let’s get that checked. Which car is it, and roughly how many kilometres has it done?

  4. Caller

    A 2019 Golf, about 80,000 kilometres.

  5. Tom (AI)

Thank you. Is the light steady or flashing, and does the car drive normally?

  6. Caller

    Steady, and it drives fine.

  7. Tom (AI)

Then let’s book a diagnosis. The earliest slots are today at 10 or tomorrow at 7:30.

  8. Caller

Tomorrow at 7:30. The name is Daniel Wolf.

  9. Tom (AI)

Done, Mr Wolf: diagnosis tomorrow at 7:30 for your 2019 Golf. We’ll call this number if anything changes.

The demo fills five fields. For your business, we set up the fields your team actually needs, for example:

  • Make, model, year and mileage
  • The fault in the driver’s words
  • Service wanted: inspection, tyres, TÜV, repair
  • Day and time of the booking
  • Courtesy car or tyre storage
  • Name and callback number

07:25

Before the doors open, the team knows which cars are coming and why.

The agent knows where its job ends. You decide which calls it finishes on its own and which go to a person.

  • Repair quotes, warranty questions and anything about a bill go to the workshop as a callback.
  • If a car sounds unsafe to drive, the agent gives the advice you’ve set and marks the call as urgent in its notes.
  • Every booking arrives with the car’s details, so your team can plan time and parts before it rolls in.

What we would ask you for

  • Opening hours and how many slots you can offer
  • Standard services with prices and durations
  • What to ask about faults and warning lights
  • Courtesy cars, tyre storage and other extras
  • When a mechanic should call back

How we get there

  1. A call about your calls

Which calls you get, when they come and what your team does with each one.

  2. Your agent’s knowledge

We write down your hours, services, prices and rules, the way the demo businesses have theirs.

  3. A pilot on your real call types

You and your team call it, and we adjust it until it handles calls the way you would.

  4. Live on your number

You decide when calls reach the agent: after hours, when the line is busy, or always.
