02:31On a wet road at night, a driver reports an accident.
Claims don’t wait for office hours. The agent takes new claims around the clock: it asks your questions in your order, gives the first steps you’ve set, offers help such as a tow truck and gives the caller a claim number. Your adjusters start the morning with complete reports.
Pegnitz Insurance is a demo business with invented details. Call it live and play the customer.
02:31
On a wet road at night, a driver reports an accident.
In the demo, the agent books on the spot. For your business, we decide together during setup whether it books directly or leaves requests for your team to confirm.
A car accident
Checks that everyone is safe, then takes the policy number, what happened, when and where, and whether the police came. It offers a tow truck and a rental car, as Pegnitz’s rules say.
Water damage at home
First tells the caller to turn off the main water valve, then records what’s damaged and since when.
No policy number at hand
Identifies the caller by full name and date of birth instead, as your rules allow, and notes that the number is missing.
A question about an existing claim
Asks for the claim number and tells the caller only what you allow it to share. In the demo: that an adjuster is reviewing it.
Example conversation, written to show how a call flows. Not a recording of a real caller.

ExampleSarah (AI)
Pegnitz Insurance claims line, this is Sarah, your AI claims assistant. I hope everyone is safe. How can I help?
Caller
A car just hit my rear bumper at a junction. Nobody’s hurt.
Sarah (AI)
I’m glad to hear that. Can your car still be driven, or shall I arrange a tow truck?
Caller
It drives. Only a rear light is broken.
Sarah (AI)
Good. Do you have your policy number? It starts with PV.
Caller
PV 482913.
Sarah (AI)
Thank you. Did the police come, and is this the best number to reach you?
Caller
No police, we swapped details. And yes, this number is fine.
Sarah (AI)
Then your claim is reported. Your claim number is SC 2026 48213, and an adjuster will call you back within one business day.
- Call notes
- Caller: Policy PV 482913
- Request: Car accident at a junction, rear light broken, car drives, no injuries
- When: Adjuster calls back within 1 business day
- Contact: Calling number
- Status: Claim SC 2026 48213 reported
The demo fills five fields. For your business, we set up the fields your team actually needs, for example:
- Policy number, or name and date of birth
- What happened, when and where
- Whether anyone was hurt and whether the police came
- Help offered: tow truck, rental car, first steps
- The claim number given to the caller
- Best number for the adjuster’s callback
08:00
When the claims team logs in, last night’s reports are complete and numbered.
The agent knows where its job ends. You decide which calls it finishes on its own and which go to a person.
- When someone is hurt or in danger, safety comes first: the agent gives the instructions you’ve set, such as calling 112.
- Coverage questions, disputes and anything about payouts go to an adjuster as a callback. The AI doesn’t answer them.
- Every report arrives complete and in the same order, so adjusters start with the claim, not with the questions.
What we would ask you for
- Which lines the hotline covers: car, home, liability
- Your claim questions, in the order you want them
- Safety advice and first steps for each type of claim
- The help you offer: towing, rental cars, tradespeople
- How claim numbers and callbacks work
How we get there
A call about your calls
Which calls you get, when they come and what your team does with each one.
Your agent’s knowledge
We write down your hours, services, prices and rules, the way the demo businesses have theirs.
A pilot on your real call types
You and your team call it, and we adjust it until it handles calls the way you would.
Live on your number
You decide when calls reach the agent: after hours, when the line is busy, or always.
Call Pegnitz Insurance yourself
You play the customer, Sarah answers. The call runs in your browser and lasts up to three minutes. Use your microphone, or type instead.
Try saying
- “I just had a car accident. Nobody is hurt.”
- “My kitchen is flooded from a burst pipe.”
- “What’s the status of my claim?”
