SyntoryLabs is a small team in Langenzenn, near Nuremberg. We build AI voice agents that answer the phone for businesses in German and English, and we stay with every agent after it goes live.

Why we exist

A patient wants to move an appointment. A guest asks about a table for tonight. A driver needs a tow after an accident. These calls come in while your team is with a customer, on the other line or already at home.

Voice AI can now hold a natural conversation, in German as well as in English. What most businesses lack is the time to turn that into an agent that knows their services, follows their rules and hands over cleanly when a person is needed.

That is our work. We build the agent around your calls, test it against the situations your team handles every day, and keep improving it once it is live.

How we work with you

There is no platform to learn and no ticket queue. You talk to us directly, from the first call to every change after launch.

  • We start with your calls

    Before we write a single instruction, we look at how your calls really go: who rings, what they want and what has to happen afterwards.

  • German is not a translation

    Every agent speaks German and English from the start. We write and test both languages instead of translating one from the other.

  • Honest about being an AI

    When a caller asks, our agents say clearly that they are an AI assistant. They never pretend to be a person.

  • A person is always one step away

    When a call needs a human, the agent hands it over or arranges a callback, and the notes are already written.

Where we are

Langenzenn is a small town in Middle Franconia, about 20 km west of Nuremberg, beyond Fürth.

Being close by is nice, but not necessary: an agent is planned, built and tested over the phone and in video calls.
