23:47Close to midnight, a guest asks about parking and the dog.
Front desks juggle arrivals, the phone and the guests standing right in front of them. The agent answers questions about rooms, prices and house rules from your own information, takes booking requests and special wishes, and leaves the night shift free for the guests in the lobby.
Hotel Lorenzhof is a demo business with invented details. Call it live and play the customer.
23:47
Close to midnight, a guest asks about parking and the dog.
In the demo, the agent books on the spot. For your business, we decide together during setup whether it books directly or leaves requests for your team to confirm.
Rooms and prices for certain dates
Gives your room types and rates, asks for the dates and number of guests and takes the booking request. It can point out busy weeks, such as Nuremberg’s Christmas market season.
Late check-out or early arrival
Explains the rule and the price and notes the request for the front desk. At Lorenzhof: late check-out until 2 pm for 30 euros.
Parking, pets, spa and breakfast
Answers the everyday questions from your house information, in German or English.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Takes the name, the dates and the change, explains your cancellation terms and passes it to the front desk to confirm.
Example conversation, written to show how a call flows. Not a recording of a real caller.
Hotel Lorenzhof
ExampleEmma (AI)
Good evening, Hotel Lorenzhof, this is Emma, the hotel’s AI concierge. How may I help you?
Caller
Do you have a double room for two nights from Friday?
Emma (AI)
Yes. A double room is 149 euros a night, and breakfast is 19 euros per person. Shall I take a booking request?
Caller
Please. Is there parking, and can I bring my dog?
Emma (AI)
There’s underground parking for 18 euros a day, and dogs are welcome for 15 euros a night.
Caller
Perfect. The name is Thomas Brandt.
Emma (AI)
Thank you, Mr Brandt. Which email address should the confirmation go to?
Caller
t.brandt@example.com.
Emma (AI)
Noted: a double room from Friday for two nights, with parking and your dog. The front desk will confirm it by email.
- Call notes
- Caller: Thomas Brandt

The demo fills five fields. For your business, we set up the fields your team actually needs, for example:
- Arrival and departure dates
- Room type and number of guests
- Wishes: parking, pets, late check-out, breakfast
- Name and email for the confirmation
- Questions it couldn’t answer
- Where things stand: requested, answered, passed on
07:00
The early shift confirms last night’s requests without calling anyone back.
The agent knows where its job ends. You decide which calls it finishes on its own and which go to a person.
- Group bookings, events and company rates go to your reservations team as a callback.
- The AI never takes card details on the phone. Payment stays with your team.
- Every request arrives as a short summary, so the front desk can confirm bookings without asking again.
What we would ask you for
- Room types, rates and seasons
- House rules: check-in, check-out, pets, parking
- Services such as breakfast and spa
- Cancellation and payment terms
- When a call should go to the front desk
How we get there
A call about your calls
Which calls you get, when they come and what your team does with each one.
Your agent’s knowledge
We write down your hours, services, prices and rules, the way the demo businesses have theirs.
A pilot on your real call types
You and your team call it, and we adjust it until it handles calls the way you would.
Live on your number
You decide when calls reach the agent: after hours, when the line is busy, or always.
Call Hotel Lorenzhof yourself
