AI voice agents for German and English calls

Every call answered. Every detail captured.

An agent set up for your business answers your phone, also when nobody is free to pick up. While the caller talks, it writes the call notes. You get them by email, and calls that need a person go to your team.

07:55. By the time you open, it’s already handled. The call notes are waiting. The first appointment of the day was booked at 2:15 a.m.

Forty-eight seconds at Becker Auto Service, one of our six fictional demo businesses, from the first ring to the notes in the owner’s inbox. Scroll to play the call.

  1. The phone rings while everyone is busy. Both mechanics are under a car. After four rings the call forwards to the agent. The rule is yours: always, after hours, or when nobody picks up.
  2. It answers as your business. Before it says hello, the agent has the workshop’s greeting, hours, prices and rules. It speaks English or German, whichever the caller speaks.
  3. It listens, asks and writes it down. One question at a time, like a good receptionist. Each detail goes into the call notes the moment the caller says it.
  4. It knows where its job ends. Whether the car is safe to drive is a question for a mechanic. The agent arranges a callback, books the first diagnosis slot and puts both in the notes.
  5. The notes are in the owner’s inbox. When the caller hangs up, the summary goes out: by email, or into the calendar or CRM the team already uses.

The things a good receptionist does on the phone, and the notes they would write afterwards. Stated plainly.

  • Answers as your business

Your greeting, opening hours, services, prices and rules go into a briefing the agent reads before every call. It answers from that briefing and hands over what isn’t in it.

Caller: Are you open on Saturday?

Agent: Yes, from 8 until 12.

  • Speaks German and English

It greets callers in the language you choose and switches when a caller speaks the other one.

Caller: Können wir auf Deutsch weitermachen?

    Agent: Natürlich, gerne.

  • Books appointments and reservations

It offers concrete times, lets the caller choose and confirms. Connected to your calendar, it books into real free slots. Without a connection, you get the request to confirm.

Agent: Thursday at 9:15 is free. Shall I book it for you?

  • Writes the notes during the call

Name, request, time, number and status are filled in while the caller talks, not typed up afterwards. You choose the fields.

    RequestProfessional cleaning
  • Hands over when it should

When a question needs a person, or the caller asks for one, it arranges a callback or puts the call through to your team. The notes go with it.

Agent: A mechanic should answer that. I’ll have one call you back today.

  • Sends a summary after every call

Each call ends with the notes in your inbox, or in the calendar, CRM or ticket system you already use.

    StatusBooked, Thursday 9:15
  • Says that it is an AI

It introduces itself as an AI assistant and never claims to be a person. Asked directly, it says so and carries on.

Caller: Am I talking to a real person?

Agent: No, I’m an AI assistant. Shall we carry on?

  • Keeps calls on track

It steers off-topic or rude callers back politely. If a caller turns abusive, it says goodbye and ends the call.

Agent: I can’t help with that, but I can find you a time. Shall we?

What it is set up not to do

  • Ask for card details, passwords or ID numbers. If a step needs them, a colleague takes over.
  • Make up prices, times or promises that aren’t in its briefing.
  • Answer questions that belong to a professional, such as medical, legal or safety questions, unless you approved the answer.
  • Pretend to be a person.

A phone call carries personal data. This is what happens to it, and what we agree with you before an agent takes its first real call.

  1. The call

Speech is turned into text, answered and spoken back through ElevenLabs, the voice platform our agents run on.

  2. The notes

The agent writes down only the fields agreed for your business, such as name, request, time and number.

  3. The summary

It goes to the addresses and systems you name.

Built into every agent

  • It never asks for card details, passwords or ID numbers.
  • It says it is an AI and never claims to be a person.
  • It answers from your briefing and hands over what isn’t in it.
  • It can end abusive calls.

Agreed with you before go-live

  • Which details the agent asks for and writes down
  • Who receives the notes, and in which tools
  • Whether calls are recorded, and how long transcripts are kept
  • Which services process the call, set out in a data processing agreement
