Overview
Technicians recorded a short voice note after each site visit. The recordings were archived and never listened to again, so recurring faults across sites were only noticed when equipment failed.
We transcribed the backlog, extracted equipment, symptom and action from every report, and put the result behind a dashboard. Recurring failure patterns that used to take a quarter to notice now surface within days.
